If you’re in a big city and your package comes through Trax courier service, you can open it to check your order.
However, if you’re in another area, you won’t be able to check the parcel before paying because we use a different courier service, and they don’t allow it for safety reasons.
But you don’t need to worry, we provide return and replacement policy.
You should refuse to accept an open package. However, if you do receive any such package which is open, severely damaged or tampered, please get in touch with us immediately through whatsapp number.
The delivery take at least 3-5 days all over Pakistan. In case you didn’t received your order please contact support with your Order ID.

Once we receive your claim and your return is accepted, our representative will send you return shipping address where you have to send your package, then we’ll wait for your product to arrive by a courier of your choice.
Remember: Once your seller gets the product, expect your refund in 2 to 5 days in your bank account.
